Indian Head Massage is an ancient complimentary therapy that focuses on the head, neck and shoulders.
It aims to release stress and tension in the tissues, muscles and joints in these areas
Benefits of treatment:
- helps reduce aches and pains
- helps to promote relaxation
- helps to relieve stress, fatigue and headaches
Treatment is in an upright position.
A full health history is taken at the initial consultation and updated at each appointment

Baby Reflexology - £45 for 1x 60-75 minute appointment; (Includes a short treatment for your baby and demonstration of how you can use baby reflexology at home)
