As a Member of the Association of Reflexologists, I can issue a receipt for insurance purposes (Reflexology only)

Pregnancy massage - £50/75 minutes

Hypnobirthing - £320 for 4 week course 4x 2.5 hour sessions.( Includes Relaxation MP3s; handouts, affirmation cards and book)

Birth Trauma Recovery - £180 for 3 x 60 minute sessions (includes Relaxation MP3; Breathing exercises and handouts)

Baby Reflexology - £45 for 1x 60-75 minute appointment; (Includes a short treatment for your baby and demonstration of how you can use baby reflexology at home)

Terms and Conditions for The OsteoHub Mumbles

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Being a full member of the AoR demonstrates that I have completed a quality, nationally recognised Diploma in Reflexology and have support from the AoR.

As an AoR member:

  • I am bound by the AoR Code of Practice and Ethics.

  • I follow the AoR Good Practice Policy and hygiene guidance to ensure client safety.

  • I will always be adequately insured for medical malpractice /professional indemnity requirements. The industry standard is in excess of £5 million cover.

  • I comply with the AoR Continuing Professional Development requirements which ensures the practice is kept up to date.

  • I am compliant with GDPR data protection, please see the separate Privacy policy. Your information will remain confidential at all times.

  • As a professional and highly qualified reflexologist with AOR status, I will provide you with the appropriate bespoke treatment and support.

2. Fees

  • The fees are as follows, they are payable in full at the time of booking or at treatment.

  • Should I feel unwell, unable to treat or it is inadvisable for me to treat, I will explain the situation to you as soon as possible before your treatment.

  • If you have a cough, a fever or loss of taste and smell or have been in touch with anyone with these symptoms please contact me as we may need to postpone your appointment.

  • If you present with any condition or symptom which could be a contraindication, I reserve the right to postpone our treatment until medical advice is sought.

  • I reserve the right to choose to use discretion regarding the application of any discounts.

  • Payment can be made via – Cash, Card or Bank Transfer

3. Cancellation Policy

  • I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. As you are aware the business is dependent on the number of clients I can see in the clinic hours. Therefore, if you are unable to make a previously arranged appointment, I request that you provide me with at least 24 hours notice. This will allow me the option to re book the time slot with someone on the waiting list.

  • Less than 24 hours notice may result in a fair-use fee of 50% of the usual treatment cost. This fee will be required to be settled prior to any future bookings.

4. Treatment packages

  • I offer the option to book a package of treatments. These are provided at a reduced price and are paid for in advance.

  • These treatments can be booked during normal working hours.

  • Where an appointment is booked and missed, the cancellation policy will apply.

  • These treatments are non refundable.

  • These treatments are not required to be used within a specific time frame.

5. Vouchers

  • I supply the option to buy vouchers for treatments. These may be given as gifts.

  • These treatments can be booked during normal working hours.

6. Music

  • I only play Royalty free music within the business and therefore I am not required to have The Music License. Unless you are in your own home, I am unable to play your preferred music selection due to UK laws.

Client data is held and used to enable the best possible treatment options, support and advice.

Lawful Basis for Holding and Using Client Information

I hold and use information in order to provide you with the most appropriate treatment options and advice.

As I hold special category data – Health related information – the ‘Additional Condition’ under which I hold and use this information is to enable me to fulfil my role as a health care practitioner bound by the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) Confidentiality as defined in the AOR Code of Practice and Ethics.



What Information I Hold and What I Do With It

To enable me to give professional reflexology treatments, I will gather and retain potentially sensitive information about your health. This will only be used in conjunction with your reflexology treatments including advice given as a result of the treatment. Information to be held includes:

  • Your name & contact details

  • Medical history

  • Other health related information

  • Treatment details including foot and reflex charts

  • Notes related to the treatment

I may contact you by WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS, email or phone in relation to:

  • Appointment times

  • Information related to your treatment or health

Your information will not be shared with anyone else without explanation with yourself and obtaining your explicit consent.

In line with the lawful basis listed below I will keep your information for:

  • Claims occurring insurance records to be kept for 7 years after your last treatment

  • Children’s records to be kept until the child is 25 years or, if 17 when treated , then 26



Protecting Your Personal Data

I am committed to ensuring that your personal data is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place appropriate technical, physical and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect from you. I will only contact you using the preferences you have given.

Practitioner’s Rights

I have a duty to keep records of your treatment for a certain period as above. Therefore, if I am requested to erase any details about you, I might need to keep those details until after the period has passed.

I am able to move your records between my devices and systems, I will ensure that they are protected from being seen by others without your permission.
